Russell S. Olds is an elder law and estate planning attorney in private practice. He protects wealth through estate, income and charitable planning. Mr. Olds received his B.A. from North Texas University and a J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law. He has been admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, United States 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, Federal District Court for Arizona, Federal Tax Court, and the Superior Courts of Arizona. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, admitted to practice in 1970.

Mr. Olds is also a member of the College of Estate Planning Attorneys and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Olds also represents clients in matters involving asset protection, incapacity, probate, conservatorship, guardianship and related subjects.
